The University of Kansas strategic plan serves as the blueprint for KU's important work as a leading public research institution.
The University of Kansas strategic plan serves as a roadmap for KU's work in education, service and research and will help us achieve our aspirations as a leading research institution. Additionally, our strategic plan ensures we are aligned with the strategies and requirements of various partners, accrediting boards and governance bodies.
The university's plan was officially launched in fall 2022 and established a university-wide vision, values and metrics. Under the umbrella of that overarching plan, there are separate campus strategic plans for the Lawrence campus and KU Medical Center.
